2.Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
3.Do not hesitate to contact us.
4.Provide a detailed description of your problem and select Continue.
5.Log in to your Intuit account and select Continue, then Continue to My Account.
6.If you don’t have an account, don’t forget to create a new account.
7.We will send you a one-time service email address. Enter the code and select Continue.
8.If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and continue.
